These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the automation services provided by B-Global Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "our", or "us"), built with n8n and integrated with third-party services such as Facebook APIs ("Service").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• Data synchronisation
• API-based integrations
• Scheduled tasks

The Service depends on third-party platforms such as Facebook and is subject to their terms and availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with Facebook Platform Policies
• Not misuse automation for spam or harmful activity
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Not access data without authorisation

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with system operations
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Abuse or overload the Service
• Circumvent platform safeguards

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service belong to B-Global Sdn. Bhd.
You retain ownership of your own content generated through automation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• Required by law
• Service is discontinued

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for third-party API failures
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid (if any)

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
